Iceland's weather is no joke! It is notoriously unpredictable, so why not be prepared for anything? Here, I have compiled a list of things that will come in handy to battle it out with Iceland's crazy weather.

• Waterproof Gear: A high-quality waterproof jacket and pants are essential. Additionally, any other comfortable, breathable, and waterproof gear would be a great fit.
• Warm Clothing: Layering is the most important thing here. Pack thermal base layers, fleece mid-layers, and a warm outer layer. Don't forget a waterproof and windproof outer shell.
• Footwear: Waterproof hiking boots with good ankle support would also be great. Consider bringing gaiters to keep sand, snow and debris out of your boots.
